Paul Flament is a Belgian Civil Engineer, specialised in Telecommunications.
He has been working 11 years in the European Space Agency, for space missions control centres and for the design and development of telecommunication satellites.
Following a Masters in European Studies, he joined the European Commission in 1998.
Paul Flament is Head of the Unit “Satellite Navigation” in DG DEFIS.
