Miguel Belló Mora is the Chairman of Orbital Express Limited (Orbex), a British and Danish launcher company based in Scotland. Miguel was the first Director General of the Spanish Space Agency and Commissioner for Aerospace Recovery Plan at the Ministry of Science and Innovation of Spain. Miguel was also Head of Delegation of Spain in the European Space Agency (ESA) and elected as Vice Chairman of the ESA Council, CEO of the Atlantic International Research Centre (AIR Centre), Chairman of Eureka, the largest international network for innovation, and founder and CEO of all companies in the DEIMOS Group in Spain, Portugal, United Kingdom, Italy and Romania.
