Born in Potenza, he is 59 years old, 27 of which spent as public servant in Guardia di Finanza and Presidency of the Council of Ministers. Manager of a multinational energy company.
He joined the Basilicata Region in 2019 and was assigned to the Directorate General for the Environment and Energy. In 2020 he appointed Commissioner of the Environmental Protection Agency of Basilicata (ARPAB). During the pandemic, in 2020, he took on the role of Head of Cabinet of the President of the Region held until August 2024, since appointed General Director for the Environment and Energy and Human Resources of Basilicata Region. Currently he has the role of General Director of Regional Digital Agency.
He has followed Nereus activities since his arrival at the Basilicata Region, supporting President Bardi in the vice-presidency of the Association.
