Giorgio Roberto Pelassa has a twenty-year experience as a technical officer at Piemonte Region. Since 2016, he served in the Environment, Energy, and Land Planning Directorate, dealing with sustainable development policies and climate change measures. His activities include defining regional strategies for sustainable development and climate, building environmental databases, collecting environmental data, promoting environmental certification systems, carrying out environmental impact assessment of plans and programmes, and managing funding for communities and territories located in the Piemonte Region.
He holds a degree in Geological Sciences from the University of Turin (IT).
