Tina Silovic is an experienced marine scientist with a strong background in ocean observation, marine science, and stakeholder engagement. With over a decade of experience and a PhD in Oceanology, she combines scientific expertise with a deep understanding of user needs in research, policy, and industry. She has led initiative focused on enhancing the national uptake of Copernicus Marine data\u2014work that has included managing diverse project portfolios, developing and evaluating Calls for Tenders, and fostering collaboration across public institutions, academia, and industry. With a strong background in academia, applied research, and programme management, she brings together technical expertise, strategic communication, and cross-sectoral engagement to strengthen the connection between marine science and society.
